Guy Hunter is the Owner/Director and is also a certified Master Plumber, Drainlayer, Gasfitter, Roofer and IQP Backflow tester.

Guy started in the plumbing & drainage industry at age 18. Guy spent time gaining experience and knowledge while working in Nelson, Havelock North, Blenheim and even in London (UK) for six months.

With 20+ years' experience under his belt, Guy decided to start his own business - Hunter Plumbing & Drainage.

Guy is also supported by his hard-working staff consisting of our three experienced Plumbers, Caleb Ivory, Jon Wahrlich and Tuamelie Vehikite and our office superstar Lindy Smythe who you will find on the other end of the phone ready to take your calls.

With over 90 years combined experience and expertise and work on Residential and Commercial Projects throughout sunny Marlborough including the Sounds, we are ready to tackle any challenge.

We have extensive experience providing plumbing, drainage, gasfitting and roofing services to a wide range of residential and commercial facilities including but not limited to elderly care facilities, education institutions, government buildings and hotels/motels.

We also have a fleet of specialised vehicles & equipment to help with some of the more unique jobs, these include our high-pressure water blasting drain clearing truck, drainage camera, excavators and tipper trucks.
